At MO’S CODE, your satisfaction is our top priority. We follow strict hygiene and quality standards to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if an issue arises, we’re happy to assist with a return or refund under the terms below.

Return Eligibility

  • Products are eligible for return only if the shrink wrap or seal is intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

  • All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To submit a request, please email us at cosmeticsosea@gmail.com with the following details:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return or exchange
    • Clear photos of the product and packaging showing the issue (if applicable)

Refund Options

  • Refunds can be issued either as store credit or to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide valid bank account details for refund processing.

Important Notes

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
  • In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact us immediately with supporting photos via the above email.
