Are MO’S CODE products cruelty-free and vegan? +

Absolutely. We take pride in being 100% cruelty-free and vegan. None of our products are tested on animals, and we do not use any animal-derived ingredients.

How can I place an order? +

Can I cancel or return my order? +

Since our products fall under the cosmetic and personal care category, returns and exchanges are only accepted if the seal/shrink wrap is intact or in case of a wrong or damaged product received. For such issues, please email us at cosmeticsosea@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

How long does delivery take? +

Within Delhi/NCR: 7–10 days (approx.)
Rest of India: 10–15 days (approx.)
Remote/Village areas: 12–15 days (approx.)
We also offer international shipping — delivery timelines and charges vary by destination.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? +

No, currently COD is not available. We offer secure online payment methods through trusted gateways.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product? +
